This webinar will review how CCC forms can be used effectively in several different formats. Protocols can be linked to review test and procedures needed to assess the patient’s problem. Orders management within CCC can be linked to Protocols to easily order and review past due protocols. There are also forms available to document and treat several diseases. The forms allow you to review goals, medications, labs, etc associated with the disease. Most of these forms gather information based on registration information and prior values entered such as PMH, patient’s current diagnosis, and age. Based on a series of questions the forms will identify what stage of the disease the patient is currently ranking (example Hypertension - Stage C). This allows you to review and treat certain diseases in a problem focused manner.
